The products have been developed by Mr. Ashok Ganpule a metallurgist having experience in ceramic field for more than 40 years.The products are specifically developed for tropical weather conditions developed after a research of almost 15 years to prevent building from heating due to solar radiation.The products also help in keeping buildings comfortable and energy efficient. The latest addition is the colored heat reflective paint and Building Roofing Tiles. The first of its kind in the world developed by THE INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY Mumbai.

Ishaan Industries is the sole licensee of the product. As a measure of our innovativeness, all our products are either patented or under patenting process.

Developed by Institute of Chemical Technology Mumbai and manufactured under license by Ishaan Industries, these heat reflective coloured paints align with advanced coating technology. These innovative paints are also known to significantly improve a buildings' insulation properties, consequently leading to reduced energy costs and wastage.
